Financials & Cash Flow Projections
THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO YOUR SUCCESS
Financials and Cash Flow management
Jeff Robertson, CEO
- This is one of our most important services and as expected, our most popular service. Our Accounting team will prepare for our clients a Bi-Weekly Cash Flow projection based on the current bank balance, estimated practice obligations and bills, as well as expected revenue based on historical data and projected procedures.
- We present this to our clients and help them to be prepared for expected cash flow interruptions or payroll commitments. We play a vital role in helping to manage the practice and more importantly managing the cash flow.
- This also includes Monthly reporting with Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets as well as comparisons to previous periods. These Financial Reports need to be timely and accurate to help form our Cash Flow Projections.
- Most Bookkeepers and Accountants are not doing these projections. Most Bookkeeping is not even current enough to be able to provide these types of reports and projections. We see this as a vital component in ensuring the health of the practice. Would you make decisions about a patient’s health based on lab results from 6 months prior?

"They provide excellent consulting and billing services. My staff works well with their billing personnel and their IT team is always available to us. Our needs are unique and our patients have high expectations for care and service, we needed a partner who could match that expectation. We found that at Nexsys. At times, I feel they are part of the staff at this office. I highly recommend them"

The Wellness Lab
I cannot say enough about Jeff and his team! They were instrumental in helping me launch a small practice. I felt supported every step of the way in sorting through the complexities of managing the back end of medical practice. They are responsive, knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with. I found Jeff, in particular, to be a tremendous support to me in running my practice. He is always available for questions, provides great counsel, and is just a great person to have on your team. His experience and advice with the business aspects of a medical practice were invaluable to me. Highly recommend!!
